Information related to abortion care, including whether you are seeking financial assistance or other supports, details about your appointments or clinics, or your experience obtaining care, as described in the “Consumer Health Data” section below

If you make a donation, we work with a secure third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to collect and process your payment information.
When you visit our website, we automatically receive some basic information, like your IP address, the type of browser you’re using, the pages you view, and when you visited. We do not allow third parties to collect consumer health data or other personal information about you over time across websites.

As described above in “Information We Collect,” when you apply for assistance or submit a follow-up testimonial questionnaire, we may collect information relating to reproductive or sexual health care, including whether you are seeking financial assistance for abortion care and related details, or about your experience with abortion care. Depending on what you share, this may include information about your health or medical data, such as:
Health condition or status (for example, pregnancy status and gestational age), diseases, or diagnoses
Social, psychological, behavioral, or medical interventions (for example, your experience with abortion care, including medical or procedural care)
Surgeries or other health-related procedures (for example, confirmation of pregnancy via ultrasound or other method or clinic appointment details)
Use or acquisition of medication
Bodily functions, vital signs, or symptoms
This information is securely collected, stored, and processed solely for the purpose of reviewing and approving your application and providing support. Once that purpose is fulfilled, the information is de-identified and no longer linked to you.
We do not sell consumer health data. We share this information only as necessary to provide our Services or with your consent—for example, when we transmit a financial assistance pledge to a care clinic on your behalf. Aside from these limited situations, consumer health data is not disclosed to any other parties, except in a de-identified or aggregated form that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
